  • complete a contact or lead-generation form,

  • interact with our LinkedIn campaigns, or

  • communicate with us by phone, e-mail or social media.

  • Marketing pixels – LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance.

6. Sharing your data

We only share information with:

  • Service providers – secure web-hosting, CRM, e-mail and analytics vendors, each under a written data-processing agreement.

  • Professional advisers – auditors, lawyers, insurers where necessary.

  • Authorities – if required by law, court order or to protect our rights.

We do not sell or lease your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some suppliers (e.g. Google, LinkedIn) store data outside South Africa/UK-EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on:

  • contractual clauses ensuring equivalent protection, or

  • adequacy regulations recognised by the SA Information Regulator or EU Commission.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, encryption at rest (where supported by providers) and regular vulnerability patching. No transmission is 100 % secure; you share information at your own risk.

Under POPIA (and GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK) you may:

  • request access, correction or deletion of your personal data,

  • object to or restrict processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time,

  • lodge a complaint with the SA Information Regulator (or relevant EU/UK authority).
